Maren L. Proulx, Founder/CEO

Maren founded the Palisades Group in March 2005 to provide National Capital Region clients with high-end public health, emergency management, and homeland security analysis. Since that time, she has overseen the company’s growth into a premier provider of organizational resilience consulting and executive facilitation. In addition to company management, she oversees Palisades projects in pandemic planning and public health preparedness.

Maren’s previous professional experience includes:

• Clinical nurse in medical oncology at the Washington Hospital Center
• Client Program Manager at Celera Genomics
• Program Manager at Quintiles, BRI

Maren’s education includes:

• Masters in Public Health in Law, Medicine, and Ethics – Boston University
• Bachelors of Science in Nursing – University of Maryland School of Nursing
• Bachelor of Arts – Grinnell College

Kevin joined the Palisades Group at its founding to oversee its resilience, homeland security, and facilitation lines of business. Over that time, he has become an internationally-recognized facilitator of crisis simulations and exercises for audiences ranging from corporate C-Suites to ministers and to the President of the United States.

Kevin’s previous experience includes:
